Delivery

Once shipping confirmation is received, the order will arrive within the timeframe specified therein and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the receipt of this confirmation. Deliveries are made during normal business hours to the address indicated by the User and according to the methods specified in the order summary.
Upon delivery, the User must verify the contents, specifying any anomalies on the delivery form.

Delivery will be made to the address specified at the time of the order. If the delivery address is in a geographically remote location, for example on certain outlying islands or in other isolated areas, we may be unable to make the delivery. In such a case, the customer will be informed before their order is accepted. We reserve the right not to ship to countries/regions prohibited by applicable export laws. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or similar addresses.

Products included in the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.

If the order requires international shipping, the package may have to be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes.


In the event of failure to collect within the time limit established by the carrier, the products will be returned to the Owner, who will refund the price of the products but not the shipping cost. The Owner cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the User, for any damage that may have occurred to the Products after delivery to the carrier, where the latter was chosen and commissioned by the User, or for delivery delays attributable to the latter.

Shipping

Shipping costs vary as follows:

  • ITALY: FREE SHIPPING
  • EUROPE: free on orders over € 250.00
  • UK: free on orders over € 250.00
  • USA: free on orders over € 500.00
  • REST OF THE WORLD: free on orders over € 500.00

Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to cancel the order for any reason, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This right may be exercised exclusively by "consumer" Customers (natural persons who purchase goods for purposes not related to their professional, commercial, or entrepreneurial activity).
