In 1960, Valentino Clemente Garavani launched his Italian “Maison de Haute Couture” named Valentino. Thanks to the brand, a distinguishing color, the ‘Red Valentino’, retained a crucial importance in the fashion panorama. Valentino then extended to menswear, womenswear and accessories, complementing its romantic traits with more youthful and rock influences. Handcrafted silhouettes reflect the importance to the traditionality of dressmaking, while innovation is visible in the most important elements that compose the Valentino DNA: color tones, excellent fabrics, prestigious volumes, modern and futuristic taste.
